2. How safe is your service ?
Our customers neither need registration in order to exchange, nor we hold their funds. We send the converted alts to the provided account immediately.

3. How do I know the price at which I exchange my Digital Assets?
We have a fixed rate for the whole order, thus you receive as much coins as you see by the time you initiate the transaction. This can slightly vary if the deposit needs more confirmations.

4. How quickly can you process my order?
The processing speed ranges from about 10 to 25 minutes, depending on the traffic of the blockchain network. Most orders process in just a few minutes.

2. What exchange rate does InstaSwap use ?
The exchange rate is our own, derived from several market sources and based on the amount we feel comfortable exchanging at that fixed rate.

3. What do I input in the Receiving/Deposit Address ID field?
The Receiving address is the one you wish to receive the funds you exchange. For example if you want to exchange BTC for ETH, you have to fill your ETH address as the Receiving Address. Also you will have to fill your BTC address as the Deposit Address/Refund in order to be secure in case the transaction does not go through.

4. What is the Miner Fee ?
The Miner Fee is the only fee we deduct from the amount you see by the time you initiate a transaction. You can find the full list of Miner Fees here :

5. What happens if my transaction doesn't go through ?
If your transaction fails we will refund your funds using the Refund Address you provided. You can also contact our Support Team here :


1. What about support waiting time ?
We are asking our users to wait up to 24 hours for their issue to be resolved. You are not being ignored, all of our users are experiencing this increased wait time.

2. Sent funds to the wrong address. Can I recover them ?
Unfortunately not. Once funds are sent to a wrong address, there is nothing we can do to recover them. This is why it is extremely important to double check the destination address you enter on the order page.
